The colors of autumn combined with the fresh and crisp air of October have inspired a new tasting menu, this time dedicated to our Etna Rosso Cru Pignatuni.

Produced by our Cru vineyard in the Pignatuni district, it is a powerful but balanced red, with an intense ruby ​​red color, which on the nose is rich and complex, releasing spicy and balsamic notes.

Appetizer:

Timbale of horse meat strips with wild chard on a Piacentinu Ennese D.O.P. fondue

First course:

Maccheroni “al ferro” with meatball and egg sauce, Gattopardo style

Second course:

Wild boar in salmì with “frascatula” polenta from Troina
